餐厅位于长沙北辰洲际酒店楼下，有了洲际酒店的背书，这个餐厅自然也不会差。餐厅装修风格和酒店整体风格非常符合，简约大气。只是餐厅多了一份古朴的感觉，中间的水台旁架子上摆满了瓷器，浓浓的中国味道。餐厅灯光柔和，让人感觉很舒服，在这样安静柔和的环境用餐是一种享受。我一直觉得湘菜应该是很辣的，然后这次吃的菜让我有些意外，居然不辣，不知道算不算是正宗的湘菜。泡椒鱼头的鱼头很鲜嫩，非常新鲜，泡椒的辣味能刺激味蕾，让鱼肉入口的感觉更加的鲜美，还有一丝甜味。牛肉炒的也是不错，忘记菜名了，牛肉也是微辣带着甜，很符合我江浙人的口味，有种家的味道。最喜欢的是那个茄子煲，茄子去皮切成长条，口感绵软，非常入味，忍不住吃了一碗饭。这边的服务也非常好，服务员那种不过分热情又让人觉得亲切的招呼让人如沐春风，刚坐下服务员就送来了甜品，桂圆红枣茶，有些冰冰的，解去了一身暑意。这家餐厅给我的感觉，就是一种来自家乡的味道，不知道餐厅是不是对湘菜一些改进。有机会可以去尝尝，吃完饭再到湘江边走走也是一种惬意生活。
